The Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) announced Monday they will close a portion of Summerhill Road, Farm to Market 1397, in Texarkana to replace a culvert.
TXDOT says they will begin the work Monday and it will last approximately for one week, or until the work is completed.
The roadwork will take place on Summerhill Road north of Interstate 30 and just south of Forrest Brooke Lane, according to the transportation department.
