Newk’s Eatery is now officially open in Texarkana. The restaurant opened on Monday at 3001 Mall Drive in Texarkana, Texas.
Newk’s Eatery was established in 2004 by the Newcomb family. It has grown to over 132 restaurants in 17 states. Many of the staple items on the menu come from old Newcomb family recipes.
Newk’s Eatery is being brought to town by Mike and Daphne Cox, who reside here in the city. Newk’s says food is our story. The eatery invites you to experience the extraordinary.
The menu features twelve varieties of hand crafted pizzas, and thirteen types of grilled and toasted sandwiches. Customers have about a dozen grilled and tossed salads to choose from. The five cheese Mac & Cheese, and the six cheese Pimiento Mac & Cheese with Bacon are something special.
Newk’s also has scratch made soup, and a children’s menu that includes seven choices for kids 12 and under.
They also feature dozen-layer cakes by the slice or 12 slice whole cakes. This includes strawberry, caramel, chocolate, and currently the seasonal favorite, red velvet.
